I am planning an observation using the Fabry-Perot mode. I would be scanning across a single line in steps. In terms of overheads, is the etalon adjustment time taken into account by the RSS simulator for the Total Observation Time or do I need to allow for an additional overhead?

The time taken to adjust the etalon is less that the CCD readout time, so can be ignored for overhead purposes.
